The Vale Royal Singers

We are a versatile group of around 25 friends from all over Cheshire who share an interest in making high quality music together. We are especially pleased to have helped raise funds for worthy causes such as the Chester Cathedral Song School, and charities such as Save the Family and most recently the RNIB.

The name comes from Vale Royal Abbey, near Northwich, near where we rehearsed in the early days (see our History), but we now rehearse in Kelsall Methodist Church on Monday evenings in term time.

Our conductor is Margaret Corlett and our accompanist Brian Heald. We are also fortunate in having choir members able to take solo lines - as in this medieval Spanish song.
